Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine suitable treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training, to maximize patients' recovery and functional independence.
• Monitor and document patients' progress diligently during each treatment session, making adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, home exercises, and self-management techniques to empower them in their healing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of the human anatomy, clinical evaluation techniques, potential hazards, and necessary precautions during therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and implement individualized treatment programs for both simple and complex diagnoses.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience in a home care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
