Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and goals, establishing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, typically working with one patient an hour to provide focused, quality care.
• Implement a variety of treatment interventions that enhance mobility and reduce pain, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care strategies as required, ensuring continual improvement in patient functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation options.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies to encourage healthier lifestyles.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Emphasizing a patient-centered approach, you will tailor your interventions to each individual's unique circumstances, ensuring an engaging and supportive recovery process. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design and implementation of exercise rehabilitation programs is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
