Intern Experience Your internship begins with an MSCI Orientation which gives you a perfect foundation for the weeks ahead as you learn about our culture, values, and business model. Your learning continues ‘on‑the‑desk’ as you work through live projects and gain first‑hand experience of how all teams at MSCI play a role in creating solutions for our clients. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support you through every stage of the program. Your Key Responsibilities Responsibilities (Client Coverage) We have internship positions available across our Client Coverage organization. As an intern you will work on a specific, meaningful project, supporting our Sales or Consultants teams. The experience could involve helping with pre‑sales tasks, conducting market research, supporting the pro‑active management of client relationships, all to ensure the best use of our products in the context of the clients’ investment goals, with a high level of client satisfaction. During the selection process, we will discuss the different business areas within Client Coverage and assess which would be most appropriate for you to join, should you be successful. Your skills and experience that will help you excel Experience and Qualifications Enrolled in an undergraduate qualification in a relevant degree subject, e.g., business, economics, finance Strong communication and relationship management skills Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence Navigate hurdles with entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business High attention to detail and good team player Strong analytical, data driven and problem‑solving skills, ability to break down complex issues Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints We look for more than just excellent academic achievements.
