Build relationships with our clients easily as you answer phones, update client information or policies, and educate and advise clients. Maintain a positive attitude when making calls to retain clients, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling, and account rounding. Must be coachable, enthusiastic, and a team player. Requirements No college degree required Must have a current Property and Casualty License 2-3 Years of Insurance customer service experience Basic computer software knowledge Written/Verbal communication skills Professional office and phone etiquette Company Description The Abney Group, Inc is a growing and fast paced agency!
