Competitive pay based on experience, education, and qualifications 1st Shift - 5:00AM-1:00PM, Monday through Friday Overtime is required based on business and production needs and is typically planned and posted in advance Job Location: 1552 Lineville Road, Green Bay, WI 54313 Position Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to manufacturing operations through the accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of production information. Maintain production records, documentation, and inventory reconciliations to support efficient plant operations and business requirements. Coordinate the collection and organization of production data for reporting, auditing, and operational decision‑making. Support production teams by serving as a resource for departmental processes and assisting with daily operational activities. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Enter production data into spreadsheets, databases, and business systems to maintain accurate operational records Process work orders and maintain production documentation to support manufacturing activities and inventory accuracy Organize, verify, and file production records including downtime sheets, operator logs, sanitation logs, and pass-down reports Compile production information and prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for operations leadership Reconcile production transactions and inventory records to identify and resolve discrepancies Investigate production data variances and communicate findings to supervisors and appropriate stakeholders Prepare and distribute production recap communications and operational reports to managers and supervisors Support inventory control activities, cycle counts, audits, and other departmental administrative functions Assist production leadership with operational projects, reporting requests, and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety, quality, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements to support compliance with company and regulatory standards The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
