We are seeking a passionate Spanish Speaking Content Leader to join our dynamic team in New York , contributing to our Content function . Key Responsibilities: Industry Insights & Trends: Stay ahead of fintech trends in Latin America as part of the Fintech Americas team, a division of the Money20/20 platform. Provide recommendations on format, style, and technology to enhance event experiences. Research & Speaker Engagement: Conduct in‑depth research (desk, phone, and face‑to‑face) with industry stakeholders to identify market trends, uncover hot topics, and secure top‑tier speakers for our stages. Content Management: Manage speaker bookings, panel discussions, interview slots, and moderator acquisition, ensuring seamless content delivery. Event Collaboration: Support other shows within the Money20/20 event series, contributing to their success. Reporting & Updates: Provide weekly updates on speaker outreach, confirmations, pipeline progress, blockers, call‑for‑content status, timelines, and risks. Database Growth: Collaborate with the content operations team to expand and maintain the speaker database.
