Veterinary Technician

Description Animal Hospital of Seminole is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Seminole, Florida. You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life‑changing work will range from the hands‑on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients. Your Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care) CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred, but not required Monitoring and assessing patient’s status Collecting blood and other samples for testing Placing catheters Administering medication Providing sedation for diagnostic procedures Performing postoperative nursing care, including pain management.
