Production Operations Coordinator-Personalisation

About This Role An established global promotional business is seeking a versatile Production Operations Coordinator for a confidential search at our micro digital print facility in Atlanta. This cross‑functional role provides vital support across both Ecommerce and Print workflows. You will ensure seamless daily production, assist with scheduling, and act as the designated deputy to the Senior Production Operations Lead during peak times or absences. Location and Compensation Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full‑time (Non‑Exempt) Compensation: $18.70 – $28.16 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (peak e‑commerce seasons may require extended hours, evenings or weekends) Salary: $38,800 – $55,000 per year Shift: First Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Education: High School What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven background in production, digital print, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments. Adaptability: Ability to move seamlessly between technical machine operation, manual fulfillment, and team leadership. Leadership Potential: Experience supporting team operations or acting in a deputy/step‑up capacity is highly advantageous. Attributes: Flexible, proactive, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for materials handling. Manual dexterity to operate production machinery and handle small product components. Responsibilities Production & Machine Operation: Run Helix and associated personalization printing equipment safely in accordance with SOPs and quality standards. Fulfillment & Dispatch: Support day‑to‑day order preparation, picking, packing, and dispatch. Team Leadership & Deputizing: Assist with coordinating daily schedules, supervise junior staff, and step up to lead shifts/maintain communication with global operations when the Senior Lead is away. Inventory & Quality Control: Assist with materials handling, inventory tracking, stock accuracy, and routine machine maintenance checks. Problem Solving: Support issue logging, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
