Job Title Intern, Business Operations Our Monrovia, CA facility produces advanced optical systems and components using custom built automation systems. Our tools integrate robotics, lasers, spectroscopy, computer vision, and custom front-end / backend databases. We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated early-career intern in the business administrative or supply chain fields who wants hands‑on experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management and general office tasks required to ensure our operations department runs smoothly. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and route items appropriately. Package and prepare outgoing shipments following standard procedures. Assist with kitting parts for production or engineering teams. Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy. Support general office and operational tasks as assigned (such as organizing materials, filing documents, labeling items, etc.). Work closely with operations staff to ensure day to day tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Minimum Qualifications Working on BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields. Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to solve problems independently. Ability to work with general office equipment and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication skills to work in cross‑disciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior internship experience in a similar role preferred.
