Salary: $95K-$140K Senior CPA Tax Manager Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN Direct Hire with possible Ownership track: $95,000.00-$140,000.00 DOE Are you an experienced CPA looking for more than just another public accounting position? Our client located in the East Metro is seeking a Senior CPA / Tax Manager to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead client engagements, mentor staff, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in the future of the firm-including a potential path to ownership. For over 30 years, they have provided tax, accounting, and advisory services to successful businesses, entrepreneurs, families, and multi-generational clients. Their recent partnership with firms in Eden Prairie and St. Louis Park has expanded their capabilities and created exciting opportunities for growth and future leadership. They are also committed to leveraging technology to enhance both the client experience and our team's effectiveness. Their firm is ahead of many accounting firms in adopting AI and other innovative tools that improve client service, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. Responsibilities- Tax planning, advisory, and preparation
- Business consulting and accounting services
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Supervise payroll and bookkeeping staff
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Help identify and implement technology-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency and client service
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Tax experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Interest in leveraging technology and modern accounting tools to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency
