Relationship Banker

Role Overview The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative discussions to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively promote and sell banking products, including deposits, loans, and referrals to other services. Deepen client relationships through personalized advice and excellent service, supporting the bank's sales objectives. Conduct regular client outreach, guide clients through financial options, and support deposit and loan processes. Maintain compliance with bank policies, risk management, and regulatory standards. Assist in operational tasks such as training, audits, and process updates to ensure efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience. Strong sales, client service, and financial advising skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or Vietnamese preferred. No specific licenses required, but compliance with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act is necessary.
