Role Description
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking experienced paralegal. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Bronx, NY. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing summons & complaints, bills of particulars, client meetings and assisting with deposition preparation, pleadings and motions.
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
5 years experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury
- Expertise drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery and motions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies
