The Plumbing Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems while providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must be dependable, professional, clean-cut, and capable of representing the company in a positive manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer inspections, hydro jetting, and sewer repairs
• Install and repair water heaters, tankless systems, filtration systems, fixtures, gas lines, and water lines
• Perform repipes, sewer replacements, and trenchless sewer work
• Properly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate invoices, notes, and job documentation
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, stocked, and presentable
• Follow all plumbing codes and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on the job
• Respect customers, coworkers, and customer property at all times
• Work independently and efficiently while also being a team player
• Participate in after-hours or emergency calls when scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years plumbing experience preferred
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues independently
• Experience with drain cleaning and sewer equipment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and rooftops
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol while operating company vehicles or on job sites
• Offensive tattoos must be covered while representing the company
• Must be able to work respectfully with customers and team members
