Outpatient Registered Nurse

Outpatient Registered Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care delivering life-sustaining dialysis therapy to adult patients with chronic kidney disease. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage vascular access and dialysis machines, administer IV medications, and closely monitor patients throughout treatment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
