Your Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out an array of clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyas per established protocols to support patient diagnostics.
• Ensure results' integrity through detailed analysis, troubleshooting errors, and performing routine calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and preparation for testing whenever necessary.
• Document laboratory procedures meticulously, assist in training new colleagues, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and secure laboratory environment in line with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
