Value-Based Care NP/PA Teaching Pod (1 Year)

OptumCare is seeking a Board Certified NP or PA in Massachusetts to work in a team-based Teaching Pod focusing on Value Based Care and integrated behavioral health. The role features longer patient visits with fewer patients per day and uses the Epic EMR system, with monthly didactic sessions for ongoing development. The compensation includes base pay with bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, dedicated CME time and allowance, excellent PTO, a robust retirement plan with employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
