About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Biometrics in Cell Therapy. The successful candidate will be a key enterprise leader, responsible for defining and leading the long-term vision, operating model, and organizational structure for biostatistics and data management. This role demands a strategic leader who can serve as the principal statistical authority, providing expert oversight across all clinical programs and ensuring the highest standards of statistical methodologies and study designs. The VP will also be instrumental in influencing clinical development strategies, leading statistical strategy for global regulatory interactions, and driving integrated, data-driven decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Applicants must have a PhD or MS in biostatistics, statistics, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D, and a strong preference for those with expertise in cell therapy. The role requires a proven track record in leading biostatistics teams, shaping statistical strategy for pivotal clinical trials, and influencing executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global regulatory expectations, data standards, and inspection readiness, and be adept at modern statistical computing and data infrastructure.
