About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its mechanical locks division. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full revenue and margin plan across various sales channels, including retail, field, wholesale, and eCommerce. This role demands a leader who can not only defend the company's market share but also identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities. The VP of Sales will be tasked with setting and executing pricing and channel strategies, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and deepening strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, multi-channel sales organizations, carrying a P&L-level revenue and margin number, and turning pricing and channel-mix decisions into protected margins. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include revenue strategy, sales operations, and leadership. The role requires a leader who can build a culture of accountability and high performance, and who is adept at influencing cross-functional decision-making to ensure alignment with commercial goals. The VP of Sales will also be expected to provide market and competitive intelligence, monitor market dynamics, and feed insights to inform commercial decisions. The position is remote, U.S.-based, with up to 50% travel, and the candidate should be prepared to lead from the front in a challenging market environment.
