About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in advancing its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that reduce risk and enhance cost efficiency for small and midsize businesses. This role demands a strategic approach to sales, including the creation and execution of regional sales plans, and the ability to drive change by offering a path to sustainable, affordable healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a top seller in related markets, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and a self-starter mindset with a strong desire to exceed sales targets. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant sales role, with a focus on self-insurance, self-funded benefits, stop-loss insurance, or alternative funding. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
