Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.Greeters/Desk Attendants set the tone for everyone who enters our doors, giving us our first opportunity to impress our guests and provide them with the kind of "WOW" factor they've been looking forward to.A Greeter/Desk Attendant's Day-to-Day:Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phoneManage the waitlistTrack availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipmentPrepare for leaguesRing sales at the counter and follow our cash control proceduresPromptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issuesAssist our guests with basic bowling instruction (no, you don't need to show them your trick shots, just the essentials)Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A systemWhat It Takes:HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)Proven success in school/previous job experienceExcellent telephone etiquetteMust meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcoholPerks (More Reasons You'll Love Your Job):Free Bowling!$1 Arcade Play20% off Events50% off Food & BeveragesWork Environment/Physical Demands:Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.Job Type: Part-timeShift:Evening shiftNight shiftWeekly day range:Weekend availabilityWork Location: One locationWho We Are:Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world's premier location-based entertainment platforms.
