The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a meticulous eye for detail who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key priorities include: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of credit analysts and underwriters. Oversee underwriting, credit risk management, loan structuring, regulatory compliance, and SBA 504 credit administration from initial review through final approval. As a member of Senior Leadership, help shape credit strategy, risk appetite, underwriting standards, and long-term lending initiatives. The successful candidate will bring: A minimum of five to ten years of progressive commercial lending experience, including underwriting, credit administration, and/or credit leadership. Demonstrated success leading and mentoring teams. Familiarity with SBA 504 loan structuring preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. A self-directed, collaborative style with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A growth mindset and the ability to bring ideas forward, execute effectively, and help advance the organization.
