The Sous Chef will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, creating exceptional dining experiences using local ingredients, and managing the culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, knowledge of cooking techniques, and excellent communication skills. Flexible working hours including nights and weekends are required.
