The organization values professionalism, customer service, and a strong community presence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new residential and commercial prospects, conduct in-person consultations, and present tailored pest control solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, explaining service options and eco-friendly treatments, preparing quotes, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with service technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Representative will also participate in local marketing initiatives, such as neighborhood outreach and community events, and provide ongoing support to customers to encourage renewals and referrals. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing. Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with active listening and clear presentation skills. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple appointments, follow-ups, and documentation. Basic technology skills, including use of CRM software, mobile apps, and common office applications. Ability to learn and explain pest control services, eco-friendly treatment options, and safety guidelines. Comfort working in the field, visiting customer properties, and engaging with diverse communities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset. Prior experience in sales, home services, or pest control is beneficial but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
