Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Finance Department supporting vendor relations and internal accounting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment

• Prepare accounts payable payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and tax certificates

• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently

• Support purchasing activities by obtaining pricing, availability, and delivery information from vendors

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
