Billing Specialist
If you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys making sure the numbers are right, customers feel heard, and nothing falls through the cracks, this might be your next move. What you'd be doing day-to-day:
- Preparing and issuing invoices for completed service and project work
- Tracking job costs, purchase orders, and vendor receipts (Home Depot, Lowe's, and others)
- Managing AR aging, following up on past-due accounts
- Handling customer billing questions directly on the phone, in the moment
- Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Controller with reporting and admin projects
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in billing, accounting, admin, or customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
- Comfortable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Background in construction, home services, or a field-based industry is a plus
