We’re looking for a Contractor across Digital Marketing Strategy to join our team—a strategic digital thinker who can turn business goals into integrated, insight-led campaigns across paid, social, influencer, and content channels that deliver measurable impact. Who You Are A collaborative, passionate strategist who loves integrating across all digital functions to drive results. Creative and curious— you don’t just follow trends, you think critically about how to use them. Confident and clear when presenting strategies to clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects. Data-driven, comfortable translating analytics into actionable insights and optimizations. A proactive team player who offers constructive feedback and keeps projects on track with client needs. What You’ll Do Develop and execute cross-channel digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives, spanning social, paid, influencer, content, and emerging platforms. Partner closely with clients to understand business goals, audiences, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are tailored to drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with creative, paid media, analytics, and influencer teams to design and execute cohesive campaigns. Translate data, insights, and learnings into recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving performance. Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches, developing strategy slides, and articulating the agency’s digital approach and value proposition. Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to proactively bring forward innovative ideas. Monitor key performance metrics and provide clear reporting and insights to internal teams and clients. Build strong client relationships by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and delivering strategies that earn trust and drive results. What You’ll Need Experience in digital marketing (estimated 7-10+ years), with a proven record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex strategies simple and actionable. A growth-minded, collaborative attitude and passion for helping clients and colleagues succeed.
