To support the growth and evolution of the Responsive Customer Community, the full-time remote Senior Customer Community Specialist will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, oversee community operations, and foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer engagement and resource accessibility. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the vision and roadmap for the Responsive Customer Community, ensuring it serves as a central hub for customer resources Lead the relaunch of the community, managing all phases from discovery to execution, including customer research and platform optimization Create and execute a content strategy that effectively connects customers with resources throughout their journey, enhancing participation and advocacy Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer community, digital customer success, or a related B2B SaaS discipline Proven track record of launching or scaling online customer communities from strategy through optimization Experience developing community content strategies aligned with customer segments and measurable business outcomes Strong project leadership skills with a history of managing complex, cross-functional programs Familiarity with community analytics and reporting tools to guide strategic decisions
