Security Officer (Overnight)

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Overnight Security Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Assist in conflict management situations, de-escalating tensions when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required during investigations. Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. REQUIRED SKILLS Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
