Cardiology Clinic Medical BillerOur client, a well-established Cardiology Clinic with locations in Torrance and Koreatown, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Medical Biller who can also assist with front office responsibilities. Full Time Permanent Position Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM On-Site at Torrance and Koreatown offices Competitive Pay Rate Quick and Streamlined Hiring ProcessResponsibilities:Prepare and submit insurance claims promptlyFollow up on outstanding claims and resubmit denied claims as neededMonitor insurance responses and ensure timely and accurate payment processingManage and work through Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging reportsPost insurance and patient payments into the EMR systemIdentify and implement solutions to resolve claim issuesAnswer phones and assist the clinic with front office dutiesRequirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 2 years of recent medical billing experience in an outpatient clinic, preferably in cardiologyProficient in navigating the medical insurance billing processKnowledgeable in ICD-10 and ICD-11 coding standardsHighly proficient with computers and billing softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong follow-up skills with a demonstrated sense of urgencyExemplary work ethic and professional integrity
