Seeking a dedicated professional to provide physical therapy assistant services across multiple school sites, supporting K-12 students. This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in a school setting, working both independently and collaboratively under remote supervision.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license for South Carolina required
• Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Comfortable working onsite, covering students from kindergarten through high school
• Ability to work autonomously while accepting direction from a remotely located supervising PT
• Skilled in adapting communication and therapeutic approaches to a diverse range of students
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance within an educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions and support IEP goals for K-12 students
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to support student development
• Conduct sessions in-person at designated school sites, following established care plans
• Document student progress and communicate regularly with the supervising PT via remote methods
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and district requirements
