You’ll support the Property Manager with leasing oversight, rent collection, resident relations, and operational follow-through—ensuring the community runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, great with people, and ready to grow their property management career. Many of our Property Managers and corporate leaders began in this position. What You’ll Do Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals What You’ll Need to Succeed Required Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management Excellent organizational and communication skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws Proficiency with property management systems like Entrata Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule Preferred Strong financial acumen or experience with rent collection and reporting Bilingual abilities Previous experience with Class A or lease-up communities What You’ll Get CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else. 15 Paid Holidays (including CAF Impact Day) PTO based on tenure: 0–4 years: 15 days 5–9 years: 20 days 10–14 years: 25 days 15+ years: 30 days 3 Flex Days per year Medical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month) 401(k) + Roth IRA with company contributions (after 6 months) Paid Parental Leave (10 days) 30–50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable) Recognition programs and a people-first culture Grow With a Company That Invests in You We believe in growing our people from within. Physical Requirements This is an office-based role that involves regular interaction with residents and team members.
