Key ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channelsEducate customers on KeySavvy products, services, pricing, and processesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely mannerBuild rapport with customers through active listening and clear communicationMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systemsStay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry trendsMonitor customer feedback and share insights with leadershipCollaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experienceParticipate in team meetings and ongoing trainingSchedule RequirementsMust be available to work evenings and weekendsCustomer Success hours:MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 10:00 PM CSTSaturday: 9 AM - 8 PM CSTSunday: 9:00 AM 8:00 PM CSTQualifications3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or similar)Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple platformsExcellent written communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarityStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesGeneral knowledge of automotive transactions is a plus Work EnvironmentThis is a remote work from home role, requiring a consistent home office setup with reliable internet access. Team members collaborate regularly through virtual meetings and communication platforms.
