Member Action Center Navigator & Union Advocate

SEIU Healthcare Minnesota seeks a Member Action Center Support Specialist to handle member calls and emails with accuracy and courtesy. You will log grievances, manage the Member Action Center email, and route inquiries to the proper staff while maintaining Member Action Center data integrity. Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a diverse team.
