Job Description

Lether Law Group is Seattle-based boutique law firm with a national insurance coverage and complex litigation practice, is seeking an attorney at all levels of experience to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of challenging work in a supportive and high-performing environment.

We believe in investing in our attorneys. You’ll work directly with partners on complex matters, gain exposure to strategy and client interaction early on, and receive hands-on training designed to build long-term success. Our Firm culture values efficacy, honesty, client service and results.

What You'll Do

\n
• Partner with attorneys and team members on a wide range of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
\n
• Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
\n
• Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, regulations, policy language, and factual records.
\n
• Prepare and respond to discovery, review claims files and case documents, and analyze coverage issues.
\n
• Take and defend depositions; prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and client or expert meetings.
\n
• Participate in trial preparation and contribute to case strategy and execution.
\n

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage and/or civil litigation (preferred).
\n
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
\n
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
\n
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
\n
