Mission: Lead discovery and strategy efforts by connecting user research, content, and digital experience insights to actionable requirements and future-state journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct website audits, content inventory, and gap analyses.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze audience and behavioral data to inform segmentation hypotheses.
- Develop data-driven personas and customer journey maps.
- Co-develop a future state journey vision aligned with personalization opportunities and Optimizely Data Platform (ODP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define service blueprints connecting digital journeys to operational processes.
- 8+ years of experience in UX strategy, digital transformation, or customer experience design.
- Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely) and data platforms like ODP.
- Strong skills in journey mapping, persona development, and digital requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with golf/lifestyle/hospitality brands is a plus.
