Mission : Translate strategy and research insights into beautiful, functional, and high-fidelity user experiences that align with the brand and future state journey vision.
Responsibilities:
- Support research efforts and synthesize findings into design insights.
- Create wireframes, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity design mockups for club websites.
- Ensure designs support personalization, mobile optimization, and content reuse.
- Work with UX strategist to align creative with operational and technical realities.
- 10+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with a portfolio of high-fidelity designs.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable designing for scalable multi-site systems (e.g., one brand with 170 site variations).
- Experience in hospitality or membership-based digital experiences is a bonus.
