About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their team. The CHRO will be a key executive leader, responsible for the development and execution of the global people strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives are in line with business objectives and growth plans. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR matters, leading core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning and development, and driving a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing performance management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or HR certification being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, HR operations, and a strong commercial mindset. Extensive experience in senior HR or people leadership roles, particularly in technology, digital, or professional services environments, is required. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to use HR data and metrics to inform decision-making. The CHRO will also be expected to champion best practices in all HR functions and lead a high-performing HR team.
