Solution Architect- AI Transformation

AI Transformation Lead (Onshore) - Plano
Role Purpose
- Lead the AI-led Database and Data Platform transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Help identify, prioritize, and govern automation and agentic AI use cases across Database, Data Integration, and Workload Automation platforms.
- Coordinate between TMNA stakeholders, DBAs, platform teams, and AI engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap and target-state operating model.
- Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, HITL (Human-in-the-Loop), and autonomous operations.
- Lead solution architecture for AI agents, RAG solutions, telemetry integration, and workflow orchestration.
- Partner with Database, Data Engineering, Operations, Security, and Governance teams.
Required Skills
- Enterprise Architecture and AI/GenAI solution architecture (creating architecture diagrams).
- Agentic AI, RAG, LLM orchestration, MCP/tool integration concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Python and automation architecture experience.
