Extenteam is hiring a Head of Shared Services Operations to run the service operation and personally build the operational tooling that makes it scale. This is a builder-operator role; you will ship tools, dashboards, automations, and AI workflows with your own hands, not delegate to an engineering team. You report to the Head of Operations and work directly with the founder. You will own three sub-teams, ensure SLA delivery, and manage enterprise client relationships at the operational level. #J-18808-Ljbffr Extenteam Careers
