Responsibilities: Manage the Encore system as the Joined Up administrator, ensuring accurate data entry. Process customer invoices, post payments, and create new jobs in QuickBooks. Review aging reports and perform soft collections to maintain cash flow. Process vendor invoices and post payments for accounts payable. Code and record general ledger transactions accurately. Assist with onboarding vendor laborers and managing payments. Requirements: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas). Experience with QuickBooks. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and sit for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour.
