This is a remote, full‑time contract position available to individuals based in the Eastern or Central time zones . Compensation $30.00 per hour Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, focusing on call centre, sales, and operational positions. Conduct thorough resume reviews, prescreening calls, and candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, and fit. Partner with hiring teams to understand job requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines efficiently. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and compliance, ensuring seamless communication and documentation. Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates, professional engagement, and enthusiasm throughout the process. Qualifications and Skills 2–3 years of experience recruiting for sales, call centre, or operations roles. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems with attention to compliance and data integrity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting people to opportunities. Highly organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
