Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and delivering therapy in an educational setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and with various speech/language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals as part of student IEPs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy—both individual and group sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom educators regarding communication strategies
• Participate actively in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
