Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus
• Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various speech, language, and communication disorders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to students’ goals
• Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Consult with teachers and parents to support carryover of strategies in classroom and home settings
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
• Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field
