Salary: 18-20 DOE
We are seeking a highly organized part-time HR generalist to manage our daily human resources operations. With a team of over 30 employees, you will act as our solo HR lead, ensuring that our people processes run smoothly, our payroll is accurate, and our business remains fully compliant with federal and Utah state laws.
The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hatsequally happy setting up strategic HR processes as they are filing new-hire paperwork. This role offers some flexibility and is perfect for an HR professional looking for a impactful part-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding, offboarding
- Compliance and record keeping
- Payroll coordination (Quickbooks & GSuite)
- Employee trainings and certifications
- Employee relations and discipline
