Job Requirements: 1 year of experience required BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIHSS certification required Full compliance required to start on time GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission All RTO must be finalized at time of submission All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start Distance Requirements Local candidates accepted at same bill rate Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
