Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic multitasker to join our 5-Star Rated Team!  No insurance background required.  A great phone voice, a positive attitude, and a relentless drive are the winning traits we are looking for!  This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a new long-term career.  Significant commission is available for those with exceptional communication and sales ability, but a strong base salary provides security as you learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Reach out to potential customers to offer our products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer

REQUIREMENTS:

• NC Property and Casualty Producer License
• Able to acquire NC Life and Health Producer License within 90 days of hire
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others
