We are looking for an energetic multitasker to join our 5-Star Rated Team! No insurance background required. A great phone voice, a positive attitude, and a relentless drive are the winning traits we are looking for! This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a new long-term career. Significant commission is available for those with exceptional communication and sales ability, but a strong base salary provides security as you learn and grow. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Reach out to potential customers to offer our products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer

- NC Property and Casualty Producer License
