Accounting Manager

We are hiring a Controller on behalf of our client, a growing organization seeking a hands‑on accounting professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership with strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Support cash flow management and financial planning activities Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four‑year college or university in Accounting or Finance 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and company‑observed holidays Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
