As a Resident Assistant you will be at the center of what we do best, caring for the residents with passion and dedication and building meaningful relationships to add values to their lives as you provide scheduled and unscheduled assistance to residents with activities of daily living— all according to departmental and company policy and procedure statements and following individual plans for service. The Resident Assistant (“R.A.”) will also assist with and participate in meaningful programs and activities as assigned and may assist with lunch in the main dining room, as assigned. Provide services as scheduled for assigned residents. Such services may include helping with activities of daily living (bathing, oral care, grooming, clothing selection, dressing, undressing and changing, toileting, transferring, escorts, laundry, etc.). Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to safely wear required PPE including respirator unless you received approved exemption through company policy EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Education: High School Graduate as a minimum. Certification as a nursing assistant (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred but not required. Experience working with older adults preferred, and passion to support older adults required.
