Join PDS Tech as a Production Worker in Geneva, OH!

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour | Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (ET)

What You’ll Do Production & Assembly

• Assemble, test, and package natural gas line products using manufacturing equipment and processes

• Perform assigned operations per manuals, work instructions, and supervisor guidance

• Complete equipment set?ups, minor machine adjustments, and basic operator maintenance

• Verify materials, tools, and gauges before and during production

• Measure and visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Package and label finished or semi?finished products

Quality, Safety & Documentation

• Accurately record production, quality, and safety data (manual and electronic)

• Communicate process or quality concerns to Team Leads or Supervisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

• Report safety issues and work?related incidents promptly

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity

What You Bring Must Have Qualifications

• Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test

• Minimum 12 months of recent manufacturing site experience (required)

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Ability to stand for the full shift (except breaks) and perform physical tasks, including:

  • Lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs

  • Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs

  • Stooping, kneeling, and occasional overhead reaching

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
