We are seeking skilled professionals in the manufacturing and mechanical trades to join our team in Lenox, MA.## ## **About the Role**The **Assembler** is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. In this role, you will assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in the pulp and paper industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‐solving, hands‐on mechanical work, and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.## ## **Key Responsibilities:*** Assemble and disassemble mechanical or electrical equipment according to specifications* Perform repairs and adjustments on industrial components* Interpret and follow mechanical blueprints* Use basic machining and inspection tools to verify accuracy and quality (verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.)* Apply basic shop mathematics during daily work* Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment## ## **Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent* Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints* Basic knowledge of shop math* Ability to use standard machinist inspection tools* Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn## ## **What We Offer**We provide a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, growth, and continuous learning.
